Every time a mission is approved by President Trump that means the Navy SEALs or other operations are in great danger for death. Every trooper is aware of this. They are losing their lives and the families are the ones left to deal with unlimited pain. Knowing this they go to this mission because they believe that all that is for a greater cause. In one similar situation, the courageous Navy SEAL, William Ryan Owens lost his life.
As reported, a special operation planned by the Obama administration was launched by Trump against an alQaeda base in Yemen to gather intelligence. Sadly, this caused a number of civilians to die, and the loss of an American military aircraft and the death of a Navy SEAL named Chief Petty Officer William “Ryan” Owens.
The mission was a success, but the Republican Arizona Sen. John McCain claimed the mission was a failure. Following his statement, the President and White House press secretary Sean Spicer strongly felt his saying was wrong and former Navy SEAL Carl Higbie appeared on CNN requesting that McCain apologized to the group of the fallen Navy SEAL for analyzing the mission for political reasons:
“I think John McCain does owe an apology to the Owens family,” Higbie stated. “I think it was dishonorable of him, too … He called it an unsuccessful mission because of a plane crash? This is a guy who crashed an enormous number of planes during training. Look, these things happen, and it’s not an unsuccessful mission just simply because John McCain does not like Trump.”
